We found the property to be clean and comfortable with helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast had a wonderful array of Bavarian continental breakfast items in addition to basic sausage and eggs, and we really enjoyed that. Pros: comfortable beds - if you need more pillows just ask; computer and free printing in lobby; very nice and helpful staff; lots of hot water and water pressure; large room that we paid up for; windows that open for fresh air; quiet on court yard side plus black out curtains; a good safe; easy to go anywhere with tram outside or walk to train/bus main stations; very clean public areas, room and bathroom; lots of restaurants close by and out of tourist zone; at breakfast staff serve coffee to the table, and there are lots of breads, cold cuts, cheeses, yogurt, condiments, fruit, juices, eggs and always a hot sausage with the eggs. Unlike many hotels that have no service except for check-in, this family run hotel cares about its guests. They sell public transport tickets, will set up a cab and even sell stamps and will mail your letter! They have little Haribo candy at desk and on beds, and on check out they give you a small bottle of their sparkling wine and chocolates. One of the owners accidentally knocked on our door to show a new staff person a room, and was so apologetic that she even left us a note to apologize at the front desk. Cons: it’s hard to say anything negative - the bed for two is actually two singles pushed together, and with out a topper covering the two mattresses, you could find the crack between the two mattresses annoying if you are really particular. Certainly not a show stopper for us and we would stay here again.

Location is excellent! A 15 min walk from the Hauptbahnhof, but if you'd rather not walk approx 50 or so feet from the entrance to the hotel is a Tram Station (which can take you to the Hauptbahnhof or even to the center of Munich). A mall that has Edeka, Lidl, and a few other grocery stories are approx 10 minutes away to include food options at the mall. Plenty of local restaurants around to verify from German, Italian, Turkish, Vietnamese, cuisine. The Thereisenweise (oktoberfest fest grounds) is also approx 10 min walk away aswell. Breakfast is amazing, a very large selection of for Brotzeit options, and some fresh sausage and eggs, and pastries. Breakfast was great here and I took advantage of it, definitely great food options, and great hours for Breakfast too!

I just finished my vacation around a few cities in Germany and this was the best value for money hotel. The buffet breakfast was very nice and well stocked with fresh breads, fruits, cold meats and so on. While not in the heart of of city it was convenient for me because it was a stone away from the train station and 20 mins walk to the city centre alternatively there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. I walked and enjoyed it. The friendly staff always ready assist very important to me as a solo traveller. Very happy with my choice.

The hotel is located very close to Munich Central Station and the Flixbus terminal, with tram line 19 stopping right in front of it. It’s also within walking distance of the city center—no more than 2 km away. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was also clean, and a hairdryer was provided. The staff were friendly and eager to offer information, bar prices were reasonable, they also sold public transport tickets, and the breakfast was varied and filling. Upon arrival, I was offered a small bottle of champagne as a welcome gift.

The free breakfast buffet was excellent. The man who seemed to be the breakfast manager was excellent and most of the workers were good, the chubby lady was excellent and very personable. The other workers were fine. The hotel is in a good location, close (10-min walk) to Hackerbrueke S-bahn station and Main bus terminal (including FLIX buses) to various parts of Germany. The main Hauptbanhof was about the same distance from the hotel. Also the tram station was just in front of the hotel.
